This collection documents all the truth that was out there during the 1997-8 campaign of the beloved science fiction series, THE X-FILES. Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gilian Anderson) track suspicious cases that may be attributed to the supernatural or involve interplanetary activity. Memorable moments from this season include Mulder`s appearance on Jerry Springer`s talk show and Scully working with her partner to fake Mulder`s death.

Producer Gerry Anderson is well known for his puppet-based television shows such as THUNDERBIRDS and CAPTAIN SCARLET. But he made a few forays into live-action entertainment as well, including a crime-busting series which ran from 1972-1973 named THE PROTECTORS. Following the adventures of a suave trio who have united in an attempt to bring criminals to justice, the show is a stylish, fast-paced thrill ride shot in a style reminiscent of that other British sleuth show from the 70s, THE SAINT. The trio are comprised of British private eye Harry Rule (Robert Vaughn); an Italian detective known as The Contessa di Contini (Nyree Dawn Porter); and Paul Buchet (Tony Anholt), a well-connected French crime fighter. Together they take on some powerful clients in order to solve some of the world's toughest crimes. PBS MYSTERY! presents another round of the acclaimed INSPECTOR LYNLEY MYSTERIES series based on the novels of Elizabeth George and produced by the BBC. Pairing upper-crust detective Inspector Lynley (Nathaniel Parker, FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD) with his polar-opposite partner Barbara Havers (Sharon Small, ABOUT A BOY), the series chronicles the Scotland Yard duo's efforts to crack difficult cases while coming to terms with each other's class differences. In In the Presence of the Enemy, the second episode of the series' second season, Lynley and Havers uncover blackmail, deception, conspiracy, and murder surrounding the case of a whistleblowing member of Parliament.

This classic 1960s sitcom had a premise based on fantasy, but its charm lay in its character-driven plotlines, intelligent humor, and the chemistry between its leading characters. Samantha (Elizabeth Montgomery) is a kind witch who has decided to renounce her powers and start a
normal
life with her new husband, Darrin Stephens (Dick York). Unfortunately this displeases Sam`s mother, Endora (Agnes Moorehead), who disapproves of marriage between mortals and witches. Endora sets about making mischief in the newlyweds` marriage, engendering many humorous occasions that often put Darrin into embarrassing situations in front of his boss and clients, and force Sam to use her magic. Other family members, witches and warlocks all, turn up periodically to add to the chaos. These include Sam`s beloved Aunt Clara (Marion Lorne), whose advanced age--she is over 1000 years old!--is causing her powers to fail. Meanwhile, the meddlesome neighbors know that something is strange over at the Stephens` house, but they can`t quite figure it out. Season two sees the birth of the young couple`s new daughter, Tabitha, and a visit from Sam`s prankster Uncle Arthur (Paul Lynde) inspires a reconciliation between him and Endora--but not without some intervention from Sam!

In this music-filled episode, the Dorseys stop by to retrieve their briefcase which Alice found in a phone booth. In gratitude, they invite the Kramdens and the Nortons to see them play. Ralph feigns an illness to get off from work but who does he run into at the theatre? His boss!

A telegram announcing Ralph's winning raffle ticket has him dreaming of a shiny'57 4-door sedan deluxe. But his joy turns to frustration as he realizes Norton shares the winning number. The surprise ending will leave you in stitches.
