A unique and cutting-edge comedy, TITUS took the sitcom formula and twisted many of its fundamental elements. Comic Christopher Titus based the situations and characters on his real-life family and experiences, creating a television program that featured perhaps the most dysfunctional clan ever to hit the small screen. Chris`s father Ken is an abusive womanizer, his mother Juanita a murderous schizophrenic, and his brother Dave an imbecile. The only people keeping Chris sane are his girlfriend Erin and effeminate best friend Tommy. Particularly notable is the way that the program utilized Titus`s family as a means to explore topics normally too taboo for network comedies, and was able to de-fuse some criticism through its use of physical and sometimes sophomoric comedy. TITUS also took a step beyond most sitcoms with scenes that presented both Chris`s inner psychology and the everyday
reality
of his existence. TITUS: SEASON 3 contains the 21 episodes that conclude the series, and features such guests as Frankie Muniz and David Carradine.

A fifth season of drama unfolds as the residents of the small Connecticut town Stars Hollow run the full gamut of human emotions once again. Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham) and her teenage daughter Rory (Alexis Bledel) enjoy mixed fortunes this time out. As the wind is firmly knocked out of Rory`s sails due to a seemingly never-ending string of personal crises, Lorelai is enjoying her flourishing romance with the handsome Luke (Scott Patterson). Lorelai tries to fulfill her motherly duties by helping Rory to get her life back on track, then falls into heartbreak herself when Luke breaks up with her. But the two quickly reconcile, and the romance really heats up as the season nears its conclusion--although Rory`s penchant for trouble causes her mother further anguish. All 21 episodes from the fifth season are included on this collection.
