One of the most successful children's shows in television history, MISTER ROGER'S NEIGHBORHOOD appealed to children across the generations for its simple, predictable format, and comforting tone. Debuting in 1968, the series stuck with its original format for its remaining 31 seasons until 2001. Though the show was mostly set in host Fred Rogers's living room, viewers were also transported to the Land of Make Believe via a toy train that bridged two real and imaginary worlds. Through daily visits from friendly neighbors and the occasional field trip, Rogers tackled topics large and small in a mild-mannered way that young viewers could understand. Adorned in his signature cardigan, Rogers exhibited immense sensitivity towards issues ranging from the first Gulf war to how to tie one's shoes. It was this gentle approach that really translated with a young audience and made the show distinct from others of its time. Though Rogers passed away in 2003, his legacy lives on through syndication and in the hearts of adults who grew up listening to his advice. Based on characters from Stephen King's novel, THE DEAD ZONE, this sci-fi series explores what happens when a model citizen nearly loses his life and then wakes up six years later with psychic powers allowing him to see into the life of anyone he happens to touch. When viewers first met Johnny Smith (Anthony Michael Hall, in a role played by Christopher Walken in David Cronenberg's 1983 adaptation), he was leading a wholesome life in a picture-perfect small town. A science teacher, Johnny was a devoted son to his widowed mother, a role model to his pupils, and a devoted fiancU to his soon to-be-wife and fellow teacher Sarah until a near-fatal accident landed him in a coma for six years. Upon waking, Johnny had to deal with the fact that the life he remembered had ceased to exist, and that his new powers were just as burdensome as they were valuable. In the third season, Johnny continues to make up for the time he missed while attempting to use his powers for the best. This set contains all thirteen episodes from season three.

The number one rated show in syndication during its six season run, HERCULES: THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS was produced by film director Sam Raimi (SPIDER-MAN, THE EVIL DEAD). The show's popularity was due to its humorous writing and creative anachronism, both of which played off the show's mythical inspiration, some clever low-budget effects work, and likable characters. Hercules, hero of Greek myth, travels the ancient lands of the world along with his partner, the roguish Iolaus, righting wrongs and battling evil monsters. SEASON SIX was the last year of the show, and contains eight episodes, which find Hercules facing Amazons, vampires, Titans, and many other dangers.
