The third Star Trek series concerns Benjamin Sisko (Avery Brooks), commander of the starship Deep Space Nine, who discovers the first known stable wormhole--a virtual shortcut through space that leads from the Alpha Quadrant to the Gamma Quadrant on the other side of the galaxy. One of the wackier creations by Sid and Marty Krofft, the prolific and influential children's television producers from the 1970s, LIDSVILLE stars Butch Patrick, who had recently played Eddie Munster on THE MUNSTERS. Patrick plays the inquisitive Mark, who sneaks backstage after a magic show that impressed him, and finds the magician's magic hat. The hat begins to grow when Mark touches it, and he falls into is bottomless depths into the realm of Lidsville. This is a strange and wondrous world populated by ambulatory hats of every ilk, but Mark is unfortunately captured by the evil magician hat Hoo Doo, who believes him to be a spy. Aided in his escape by the friendly Weenie the Genie (Billie Hayes, H.R.
