Benny Hill set out his stall early on in his career, with the bawdy hi-jinks that made his name seemingly an ever-present theme in his work. This didn`t please everyone, and Benny saw his career cut short in the UK when TV bosses ended his show after succumbing to a bout of political correctness. The rest of the world didn`t follow suit however, and Benny enjoyed something of a latter-day golden era, finding fame in the USA and elsewhere. This release offers a chance to travel back to the halcyon days Benny enjoyed in the 1970s, with a third compilation of highlights from Benny`s early years. Most of this material has never previously been shown in the US, and fans will be delighted to discover the blueprints for much of the material that followed.
