Following the travails of handyman Jonathan Smith (Michael Landon), HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN originally aired on NBC, and saw Landon reunite with his LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE co-star Victor French. Smith is an angel sent to earth so that he can buddy up with cop Mark Gordon (played by French) and help cure some of society`s ills. The duo have a tumultuous relationship, but things always turn out okay in the end, as they make sure that the work of
the Boss
(i.e. God) is carried out. This release contains a selection of episodes from the first season of the show.
